Aspire Resourcing is a leading search company specialising in Lean, Six Sigma, CMMi and Operational Excellence recruitment. We have been supplying Lean and Six Sigma Black Belts, Master Black Belts and Deployment Leaders since 2002.
Our approach gives our clients all the benefits of employing a specialist headhunt / search firm. We locate, identify and screen candidates using dedicated search and networking techniques, charging only at the end of the recruitment process and once the candidate has been successfully placed.

Six Sigma Black Belt
This position is responsible for deploying and implementing continuous improvement goals. The primary job functions are: assisting in identifying CI opportunities, defining the scope and justifying projects, identifying and training CI team partners, becoming the plant expert in the companies CI system to include six sigma and lean manufacturing tools and managing the activities of plant Green Belts. Effective communication with all organization levels is required within and outside the plant. A close working relationship with maintenance, scheduling, and operations is required to manage projects and follow-up on implementation and monitor progress.
Plant cost reduction through the delivery and execution of CI project results, leading continuous improvement teams and aligning CI process with the companies Integrated Management System.
