CI Enterprise Master Black Belt For Distribution & Logistics
My global client are looking for a qualified MBB to look after there CI program in Surrey.
POSITION SUMMARY:
To fully implement continuous improvement skills and tools using the DMAIC methodology to achieve the objectives including customer satisfaction, sustainable low cost, reliability, reduced product variability, improved quality and shorter cycle times.
Required: Rigorous, bona fide Master Black Belt training and certification, at least some basic level of knowledge and experience in the Distribution and Logistics (D&L) aspects of the Supply Chain.
Desired: Demonstration of MBB skills in multiple settings including cross-functional initiatives, executive settings, program deployment, change management, process management; specific knowledge and experiences in D&L improvement initiatives and projects at the MBB level; industrial company experiences
Regarding D&L, we're looking for things such as Distribution planning projects (tactical level including S&OP, operational level including scheduling/routing, etc.), distribution asset utilization projects (asset turnover, minimum down time, etc.), distribution equipment sourcing projects (capital spend versus leasing, low cost sourcing, etc.), distribution labor projects (driver utilization, insourcing versus haulers, etc.), asset sourcing models (optimum overhaul and replacement points, etc.), efficiency projects (fixed and variable cost improvements including optimum loading, minimum losses, fuel/maintenance improvements, etc.), product inventory reduction projects, distribution system or network optimization projects, etc.
I have between œ75,000 - œ95,000 as a basic + package.
