Process Excellence Champion
Deliver Client and Business Benefits in line with the objectives set by each function in Operations (E.g. Increased Capacity, Reduced cost, Reduced Ops Risk, Improved Quality of Service), which means:
a) Coaching and supporting individuals in line roles to achieve targets by delivering on process improvements.
b) Working with functional leaders to identify performance gaps against key performance metrics, and develop projects to resolve these resourced by either RTB, Change or PEx team resources.
c) Partnering with functional leaders to identify & close gaps in performance metrics needed to effectively manage our processes.
